MakeTorrent is a simple and efficient method of making torrents. Created in Delphi by KRYPT it provides a windows 32 interface to creating torrent files. Maketorrent is a standard windows installer and should be fairly simple to install. Please download the MakeTorrent v2.1 (The current version at the time of writing this) from HERE.
On double clicking the exe it is as simple as hitting install and you will be up and running. Now you must navigate to your install folder and open maketorrent.exe.
The interface is very simplistic, you use the left hand menu to select you folders you wish to torrent and the right hand menu to select your files. The tracker should hold the tracker URL/IP that you wish the torrent to be available on. So for example you may put in the tracker box:

It stores this for later use so that you can add multiple trackers for all your torrents. If you select the use backup trackers this will add for secondary trackers to be added upon if the main tracker goes down.
You now hit “Create .torrent now!” and it will prompt you where to save the torrent. Hit save and congratulations you have created a torrent file ready to be used.
